Order Cancellation

If your order has been placed, it can no longer be canceled. If you need to make a change in product color or size, you must contact us within 6 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be changed. So please place your orders carefully.

Refunds

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one for following reasons but you must have to contact us within 7 days of delivery or within 7 days after guaranteed delivery time of 45 days is completed in case of product not delivered. We believe that 7 days are enough to know if you have received a defective/damaged product or product is not delivered.

Any refund request after 7 days of delivery will not be considered.

  1. If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  2. If you received the wrong item you can request a reshipment.
    As Face Shields are related to Healt and considering current Pandemic Situation there is no Refund if you do not want the product you’ve ordered
  3. If you need a replacement with other color or another product you may request a exchange but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused and returned back with the original packaging (You need to raise a request using Support Request , once your request is approved only then such returns will be considered as we have to scrap such products to avoid any health issues to our customers and these products cannot be reused)

You are not eligible for the refund/reshipment if:

  1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address or incorrect contact number)
  2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Swizshield (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
  3. Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of swizshield.com
  4. You are requesting a refund after 7 days of delivery or after 7 days of guaranteed delivery time of 45 days in case of product not delivered

If you have not received the product then you can submit refund requests within 7 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by submitting a ticket using Support Request.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days after processing the request.

Exchange

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different variation. You must contact us within 7 working days of delivery and the product should be unused, exchange request will be verified from our end and considered only after approvals

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

Note: All Sale/Promotional/Discount items will be eligible for Exchange only, No Refund is applicable on such orders.

FACE SHIELD ARE RELATED TO HEALTH AND CANNOT BE RETURNED BACK, WE PROVIDE RESHIPMENT ONLY IF PRODUCT IS DELIVERED, NO REFUND REQUEST IS CONSIDERED.
